Video Editor & Performance Creative Producer

We are looking for a highly skilled Video Editor & Performance Creative Producer to transform Hope Roza's product truth, founder perspective, and customer content into high-converting, visually stunning video assets and social media graphics.

You will own video editing, motion graphics, and short-form creative production across Meta ads, TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, product pages, and marketplaces.

We are specifically seeking candidates with hands-on AI video generation experience who actively leverage next-generation tools like Higgsfield, Seedance, and modern AI design platforms to produce high-performing reels, static graphics, social posts, and ad variations. Candidates with current or recent Ad Agency experience who possess a proven track record of generating and editing high-converting ads will be strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Production & AI Video Editing

• Short-Form & Ad Editing: Edit high-performing vertical videos, reels, and paid ads for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Meta Ads, YouTube Shorts, product pages, and marketplace listings.
• AI-Accelerated Workflows: Actively utilize Higgsfield, Seedance, Midjourney, Runway, or similar AI tools for rapid generative video, motion generation, dynamic transitions, asset creation, and creative ideation.
• Graphic Design & Ad Creatives: Create high-converting visual assets, static/carousel social posts, story graphics, and ad banners that align with Hope Roza's visual identity.
• Ad Agency-Quality Execution: Apply direct-response marketing principles to construct persuasive visual hooks, captivating pacing, clear calls-to-action (CTAs), and bold graphic overlays.

Performance Marketing & Iteration

• Creative Iteration Strategy: Build modular creative variants testing different hooks, story angles, aspect ratios, dynamic captions, lengths, and CTAs.
• Analytics Feedback Loop: Collaborate with performance marketers to analyze creative metrics (hook rate, thumb-stop rate, click-through rate, ROAS) to continuously refine and test new creative hypotheses.
• UGC & Creator Management: Repurpose creator, founder, and UGC assets into polished ad creatives while ensuring brand consistency and usage rights compliance.

Systems & Asset Management

• Asset Organization: Maintain an organized, modular file structure, standardized naming conventions, reusable motion templates, and version control systems.
• Fast-Turnaround Delivery: Balance polished, premium fashion/lifestyle aesthetics with fast-turnaround content workflows.

Technical Skills & Tool Requirements

Required AI & Video Editing Stack

• AI Video & Generation Tools (Mandatory): Hands-on experience using Higgsfield, Seedance, and other cutting-edge generative AI video and motion tools to produce reel assets, b-roll, and effects.
• Core NLE Software: Professional capability in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
• Motion Graphics & Design: Working proficiency in Adobe After Effects for motion typography, dynamic overlays, and ad graphics, along with Photoshop/Illustrator/Canva for static social posts and ad design.
• Fast Mobile Workflows: Advanced command of CapCut for rapid vertical video editing, trending audio integration, and native text effects.
• AI Productivity Tools: Experience using AI for transcription, voice generation, automated editing, graphic generation, and scripting support.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications

• Ad Agency Background (Highly Preferred): Current or recent experience working in an ad agency or direct-response media company, with a proven track record of generating and editing high-ROAS social ads.
• Experience: 2+ years of professional video editing, graphic design, or performance creative production experience.
• Fashion / Lifestyle Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating high-converting paid social ads, polished short-form content, sleek graphics, and aesthetic consumer brand work.
• Direct Response Knowledge: Deep understanding of consumer psychology, scroll-stopping hooks, dynamic visual storytelling, and platform-specific performance best practices.
