REQUIREMENTS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing team members and ensuring proper procedures are followed.
• Engaging guests & other team members in a friendly and respectful manner
• Preparing menu items as requested
• Ability to learn & work quickly while multitasking
• Exposure to extreme temperatures (cooking equipment, coolers, etc.)
• Cleaning and maintaining a clean workstation and surrounding areas
• Ability to lift and move an average of 30-50 lbs
• The safe and proper handling of knives, kitchen utensils, and equipment
• Maintaining product rotation using FIFO (first in, first out) method
