Licensed Counselor

Providing compassionate support remotely, the Licensed Counselor will conduct assessments and brief solution-focused counseling while managing cases and connecting members with appropriate resources within an Employee Assistance Program. Key responsibilities Conduct telephonic triage and assessments for members facing behavioral health, substance use, relationship, or work-life concerns Coordinate and manage cases from initial intake through completion, ensuring necessary follow-up and documentation Collaborate with service providers and Human Resources to connect members with appropriate resources and support positive outcomes Required qualifications Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related behavioral health field At least five years of experience as an EAP counselor or in a similar behavioral health clinical role Strong assessment, triage, crisis-support, and case management capabilities Knowledge of behavioral health conditions and HIPAA requirements Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and other Windows-based applications Virtual Vocations Inc
