Finance Manager

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Finance Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $140,000 to $150,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the go-to expert on equity structures, managing complex waterfall models and partner allocations.
• Maintain and update equity distribution models across various deal types and ownership classes.
• Calculate and verify distribution amounts for partners and employees, ensuring alignment with legal agreements.
• Lead the finance implementation of equity management software, including employee access and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with data and finance teams to automate reporting, streamline workflows, and support special projects.

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• 5-8+ years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or corporate finance.
• Strong command of Excel for modeling, analysis, and data management.
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems; familiarity with Yardi is a plus.
• Background in real estate, investment management, or public accounting is preferred.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial structures.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Effective communicator who can explain financial concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated initiative in identifying process improvements and implementing automation solutions.
• CPA, CFA, or progress toward a similar certification is preferred but not required.
