We're seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager (QCM/CQM) to lead quality assurance and control on our U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) projects. You'll own the three-phase control process, manage documentation and submittals, coordinate inspections and testing, and serve as the primary quality point of contact with the government and project team. This is a key leadership position on the job — the person who makes sure the work is built right, documented right, and accepted the first time.

What You'll Do

• Develop, implement, and enforce the project Quality Control Plan in accordance with USACE requirements (EM 385-1-1 and applicable specifications).
• Run the USACE three-phase control system — preparatory, initial, and follow-up inspections — for all definable features of work.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, material certifications, and testing coordination.
• Maintain complete and accurate daily QC reports and documentation in RMS/QCS.
• Identify deficiencies, track corrective actions, and verify resolution before work proceeds.
• Coordinate with the government QA representative, project management, subcontractors, and testing labs.
• Support and reinforce site safety and compliance alongside the SSHO and project team.
• Process all close out documents

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Quality Manager (CQM) on USACE projects.
• Current USACE Construction Quality Management for Contractors (CQM-C) certification (or ability to obtain prior to start).
• Working knowledge of USACE EM 385-1-1, the three-phase control process, and RMS/QCS software.
• Strong documentation, organization, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and submittals.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to/be on-site as required.
