About the Role The Commercial Credit Manager is responsible for working with a team of construction specialists to safeguard the company’s revenue by minimizing bad debts.

YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE:

Previous commercial job experience or knowledge of lien laws Previous experience in construction industry 5 years + of Management experience or bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or related field Strong knowledge of lien laws Basic understanding of finance policies Strong analytical abilities and very high attention to detail Ability to resolve disputes and make strategic credit decisions Strong computer skills using Excel and other Microsoft software Ability to pass a background check and drug screen Willingness to travel when needed Bi-lingual in Spanish/English preferred but not required

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
