Insurance Agency Team Member (Full-Time) – Hurricane, UT
We’re an independently owned insurance agency in Hurricane, Utah, and we’re looking to bring on a motivated team member.
What We Offer:
- Base Pay 18-19hr + Commission (strong earning potential 55k-75k)
- PTO (Paid Time Off)
- Paid Holidays
- Stable Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM. Friday 8:30 AM-5
- No weekends

Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer phone calls
- Call and follow up with warm leads provided by the agency
- Deliver strong customer service to current customers and build client relationships
- Assist with quotes, policy updates, and general support
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- Must have an active Property & Casualty License
- Must have an active Life and Health License
- Must have a clean background record
- Strong communication skills
- Customer service or sales experience is a plus
Compensation:
Competitive hourly base + commission structure, with potential to earn $55 , 000+ depending on performance. Leads provided by agent, no cold calling or B2B.
