Troubleshooting Skills Must be a quick thinker and have the ability to examine a problem situation and come up with a solution in a prompt and professional manner. Excellent Communication Skills Must be able to communicate with GC, Lead Craftsman, Office Manager, Homeowners, Vendors, Property Managers and Commercial Customers. Presentable On Time Clean-Cut appearance Decent looking vehicle Organized and well maintained tools Other Communicates with customer about things around the house that Ace has the ability to fix. Earns customer\'s confidence through integrity, delivering what is promised, and never promising what cannot be delivered. Documenting project work through notes and photos.
