Job Details: Job Location: Mity Lite Inc - Orem, UT 84057, Salary Range: $20.00 - $20.00 Hourly, Front Desk Coordinator Starting Pay: $20/Hour Location: Orem, Utah Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday About MITY MITY Inc. is a leading manufacturer of durable furniture solutions serving customers across hospitality, education, healthcare, government, and other industries. About the Role This position is often the first point of contact for customers, visitors, and employees and plays an important role in creating a welcoming and professional experience. In addition to managing the front desk, this role will provide support to our Customer Success, Accounting, and Sales Operations teams with a variety of day-to-day administrative and customer-related tasks. This is a great role for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and helping wherever needed. What You’ll Do Welcome visitors and help create a friendly, professional experience Answer and route incoming calls to the appropriate Account Manager or department Respond to customers through our live chat function Assist with retail order entry Support customer outreach projects as needed Provide a professional and helpful experience for customers in person, over the phone, and electronically Print and mail customer invoices Assist with ACH and credit card payments Maintain the check log Verify banking information Email invoices, W-9s, and other requested documentation to customers Develop a general working knowledge of NAV to support routine accounting tasks Provide support to the Sales Operations Coordinator as needed Label product swatches and samples Assist with sample organization and management projects Help with additional Sales Operations and administrative projects as needed What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, organized, and comfortable working with a variety of people throughout the day. Strong customer service and communication skills are important, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a professional experience both in person and over the phone. Experience with a multi-line phone system and Microsoft programs is helpful. Experience with Excel, Teams, NAV, or another ERP system is preferred but not required.
