Normal Shift: Monday through Friday; work days and hours vary based on candidates\' school and activity schedule. Key Responsibilities Assist with basic clerical functions such as scanning documents, shredding, filing, data entry, copying, and posting mail Operate simple office equipment relevant to your assigned area Help maintain a clean and organized work environment, restocking supplies as needed Support additional office tasks as assigned Follow all established City safety policies and procedures Minimum Requirements Must be a US citizen or lawfully authorized alien worker.
