Pay Package Breakdown

Hourly Breakdown

Total Hourly Pay Rate: $58.21 per hour
On W2 (Taxable): $17.00 per hour
Stipend (Non-Taxable): $41.21 per hour

Weekly Breakdown

Weekly Gross: $2,095.56 per week
On W2 (Taxable): $612.00 per week
Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,483.56 per week
OT Rate (W2): $25.50 per hour
Hours per Week: 36 hours

Position Overview

Telemetry RN position working night shifts providing care to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients with cardiac and respiratory conditions.

Position Details

Specialty: Telemetry RN
Experience Required: 2 years (First-time travelers accepted)
Start Date: 05/04/2025 or ASAP
Shift: 3×12-Hour Nights (19:00 - 07:30)
Patient Ratio: 1:5 (up to 6 with low acuity)
Patient Population: Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics

Common Diagnoses

Cardiac dysrhythmias
Acute Coronary Syndrome (Client)
Congestive Heart Failure (CHF)
Respiratory failure
Pneumonia
Stroke

Scheduling Requirements

Weekends: Every other weekend (4 weekends per 4-week cycle)
Holidays: Required as scheduled
Floating: Required within specialty and to lower-acuity/sister facility (Chestertown) if needed
On-Call: Not required

NIHSS
CPI (may be completed onsite during orientation)
