Forensic Mental Health Practitioner

Sevita is seeking a Forensic Mental Health Practitioner to provide assessments, treatment, and risk management for justice-involved and court-referred individuals. In this role, you will complete forensic mental health evaluations, develop individualized treatment and safety plans, and deliver evidence-based counseling and crisis intervention. You will collaborate closely with courts, probation, law enforcement, and community partners, preparing clear clinical and forensic documentation.
