Server Assistant – Ravinia Festival Pay Range: $9.00–$10.00 + Tips Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assists servers with various dining room activities. Supports servers in preparing dining room and table sets. Delivers orders to the table and buses tables. Performs other duties as assigned. Ensures proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of serving temperatures; follows HACCP standards. Maintains personal safety and ensures safety of others. Abides by all company policies and procedures, including: The use of medium-weight cut gloves when handling or using knives, peelers, choppers, mandolins, or cleaning a slicer. The use of oven mitts, fryer gloves or steamer gloves when handling hot pans from ovens, warmers or steamtables. The use of slip‑resistant shoes and proper lifting techniques. Qualifications Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.
