Mechanical/HVAC Project Manager

Mechanical/HVAC Project Manager near Philadelphia, PA

We are a growing mechanical contractor in the north-east. We are a full-service, design-build contractor that works on small and large HVAC projects in NJ. We have been around for over 60 years. We are looking to add one additional Mechanical Project Manager/Estimator that can help us work on our current and future projects. This is a permanent position, with career growth and advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities for Plumbing/HVAC Project Manager:

Work on projects from conceptual to close-out
Manage multiple projects at a time
Handle Scheduling, Budgets, and Client & GC relationships
Coordinate with other trades and crews in the field

Requirements for Plumbing/HVAC Project Manager:

Prior Mechanical/HVAC Project Management/Estimating experience
Familiarity with estimating, budgeting and client meetings
Knowledgeable of NJ HVAC Codes and OSHA requirements

Preferred:

Local in NJ
Stable work-history
Quickpen Estimating experience
Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or similar
