Role Description We are seeking a full-time, on-site Recruiter to join our team in New Orleans, LA. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including identifying staffing needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding processes. You will build effective relationships with hiring managers, maintain a pool of qualified candidates, and ensure all recruitment activities align with company objectives and values. The role also entails managing job postings, working with external partners, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. Qualifications Proficiency in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools Knowledge of employment regulations and best practices in hiring Attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within healthcare or behavioral services, is a plus Must be able to work Full Time, in person, M-F 8-4 in New Orleans, LA #J-18808-Ljbffr Brennan Behavior Group
