Location: Stafford, TX (100% Onsite) Duration: 12 Months Contract Pay range: $16.00 to $17.00 per hour on W2

The Warehouse Picker is responsible for accurately and efficiently picking customer and internal orders by pulling materials from designated storage locations. This role ensures all picking transactions are completed correctly and on time in SAP, while strictly following quality, safety, and inventory control standards. The Picker will operate stand-up forklifts and cherry pickers and is expected to work proactively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Accurately pick orders according to pick lists and system instructions.
• Pull material from shelves, racks, and bins using stand up forklifts and cherry pickers.
• Perform all system transactions correctly and in a timely manner using SAP.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and locations to ensure order accuracy.
• Stage picked materials in designated areas for packing or shipping.
• Follow all safety, quality, and warehouse procedures at all times.
• Perform equipment inspections before operation and report any issues.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area (5S standards).
• Report inventory discrepancies, damages, or shortages immediately.
• Work proactively to meet daily productivity targets and shipping deadlines.

Must have:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience, including order picking.
• At least 3 years of experience driving forklifts (stand up forklifts and cherry pickers required).
• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain certification).
• Experience using SAP or other Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.
• Basic math skills and inventory awareness.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment with multiple product lines.
