What to Expect We're seeking a highly skilled individual to apply analytics across our People organization and drive data‑driven decision making. As a key member of our team, this person will enjoy a high degree of autonomy to own the full analytics value‑chain end to end, from framing business challenges to designing and implementing analytics solutions. As a member of Tesla's People Systems & Analytics Team, you'll have the opportunity to apply analytics methods to real‑world business situations across the People organization, driving significant business impact. You'll partner with stakeholders to ensure that data is at the center of every decision made within the organization, and support full‑stack analytics to drive business outcomes.
