You will play a vital role in creating stunning and user-friendly interfaces for our ERP software, crafting compelling marketing materials, and developing engaging video content. Your creativity, technical skills, and passion for design will be instrumental in enhancing our brand image and user experience. Job Responsibilities Design user interfaces and user experiences (UI/UX) for Lucrum ERP software, balancing usability, aesthetics, and functionality. Develop engaging and visually appealing graphic design assets for marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, social media graphics, and website visuals. Create professional and informative video content, utilizing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, for product demonstrations, explainer videos, and promotional campaigns. Design and develop interactive web pages and landing pages that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for conversion. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective design solutions. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies in UI/UX, graphic design, and video editing. Utilize a variety of design software, including but not limited to: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, Figma, InVision, Canva Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all design projects. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and adhering to quality standards. Requirements Bachelor's degree in graphic design, UI/UX Design, Web Design, or a related field. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar design role. Proven portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, XD and Figma. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
