We are seeking dedicated Kitchen Staff to join our team in a dynamic restaurant and bakery environment. We will be hiring a Full Kitchen Manager , a Full Time Sourdough Specialist, and part time prep staff. The ideal candidates will have experience in food service and a strong commitment to maintaining kitchen safety and sanitation standards. This role offers opportunities for advancement into specialized culinary and supervisory positions, working within rotating shifts or a set schedule depending on the role. The food that will be offered will range from ready made to scratch bakery goods.
Brunch - 10:00am-6:00pm.
Coffee Shop Drive Thru - 6:00am-9:00pm
Kitchen Staff can be scheduled as early as 4:00am
Full Time - 40 hours
Part Time - Up to 30 hours
Minor Applicants require a parent/guardian consent form
Pay is dependent on the role and your experience level.
Responsibilities
- Prepare food items following recipes and safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas and equipment
- Manage inventory and stock kitchen supplies efficiently
- Ensure compliance with kitchen safety and waste management protocols
- Assemble and package orders accurately
- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team
- Perform routine equipment maintenance
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of food service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Texas Food Handler Certification
- Valid Texas Certified Food Manager Certification (Management Roles)
- Valid Driver's License
