Description: Unit highlights and specifics available upon request. Patient ratios and unit staffing description will be discussed during the interview. Type of equipment used will be outlined during the interview process. Documentation system information available during the hiring process. Scheduling requirements and floating policy discussed with prospective candidates. Additional specific skills or experiences preferred, as outlined in the hiring profile. Certain procedures performed in the unit will be detailed during the interview. Patient experience and dress code expectations will be explained in detail to candidates. Nail policies, hair guidelines, tattoos, and piercings must adhere to established protocols. Attendance policies will be in line with company-wide guidelines. Achievements and recognitions of the unit are communicated to prospective candidates. Additional enticing factors for candidates may include new technology or equipment. All information will be clarified throughout the interview process.
