Responsibilities:

• Provide respiratory care to patients across all age groups, including newborns, pediatrics, and adults.
• Assist in C-sections and high-risk deliveries, ensuring proper respiratory support for newborns.
• Administer and monitor oxygen therapy, ventilators, nebulizers, and other respiratory treatments.
• Perform arterial blood gas (ABG) analysis and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions and home care needs.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Available to work a day shift and participate in on-call rotations as needed.

Role Qualifications:

• RRT or CRT certification is required.
• Washington State Respiratory Therapist license.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification is preferred.
• Experience in critical care, NICU, or labor and delivery is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
