Responsibilities Aware of and able to assist in meeting established financial goals. Supervises all Drago’s employees in accordance with Drago’s and Margaritaville Casino policies and procedures. Assists in maintaining payroll controls and scheduling of employees in conjunction with business volume and established guidelines. Implements training programs for new employees and existing employees. Attend required Quality & Training classes from HR or Training Department. Anticipate our guests' needs as well as our internal guests. Keep accurate daily shift reports and communicate with the Manager as required. Responsible for understanding forecasted daily cover counts and budgeted payroll. Attends all meetings as scheduled by Drago’s Manager. Conduct daily preshift meetings to communicate business volume, entertainment schedule, and Marketing information to inform employees. Provide harmonious working environment while being sensitive to the needs of the employees and the guests. Interact with employees and guests in a professional and consistent manner to solicit feedback on operations and execution of service delivery. Complete related job duties assigned by Drago’s Manager. Ensure that the restaurant is maintained and clean during all periods of operation. Requirements Sanitation Certified, Certified Bartender, TIPS Training 2 years associates degree or 1-3 years practical experience in Hospitality and Restaurant Management in a high-volume operation. Degree required. Previous experience in a restaurant and/or Casino food and beverage facility preferred. Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner. Ability to calculate figures, amounts, discounts, percentages and apply them to practical situations. Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems with multiple variables. Ability to obtain the appropriate work authorization per local, state, federal, and gaming regulations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
