This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of residents and staff while overseeing the day-to-day operations of a compassionate, resident-centered environment. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the assisted living facility, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff to maintain a high-quality care team Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote resident health, safety, and well-being Manage facility budgets, billing, and financial reporting Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, families, and regulatory agencies Coordinate care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals and direct care staff Maintain occupancy goals through community outreach and relationship building Requirements Valid Virginia Assisted Living Administrator license or ability to obtain one 2+ years of experience in assisted living, long-term care, or senior living administration Strong knowledge of Virginia Department of Social Services (DSS) regulations Proven leadership and staff management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with residents, families, and staff Experience with budget management and financial oversight Compassionate, organized, and solutions-driven mindset About Us We are a dedicated senior care organization based in Roanoke, VA, committed to providing residents with dignified, personalized, and compassionate assisted living services.
