Full Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated, resilient, and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will identify, reach out to, and acquire new clients, helping them protect what matters most by providing tailored insurance coverage, such as auto, home, or life. This is a great opportunity to build a stable career, with training provided to help you succeed.

First year salary plus commission will exceed 55k and be closer to 75k with a 6 figure potential

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Allstate products and services.

Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels.

Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Conduct needs assessments to understand client insurance requirements.

Present and explain insurance policy options clearly and concisely.

Close sales and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new policyholders.

Provide ongoing support and service to existing clients to foster retention and loyalty.

Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals.

Collaborate with team members to share best practices and contribute to a positive sales environment.

Be fully compliant with all online and live training requirements

Requirements
  1. High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  2. Previous sales experience, preferably in insurance or a related field.
  3. Possess or be willing to obtain state insurance licenses (Property, Casualty, Life, Health).
  4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  5. A positive attitude and a drive to succeed.
