  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to formulate individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client's unique needs.

  • Provide various evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, groups, families, and couples, ensuring adaptable treatment plans that respect the diverse backgrounds of clients.

  • Employ a range of therapeutic methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused therapy, to address client concerns effectively.

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within multidisciplinary teams to design and implement comprehensive treatment plans that foster holistic client well-being.

  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required for this role.
