On our team, you will work will Booz Allen colleagues, other support contractors, and U.S. Space Force personnel to develop and deploy the next generation of strategic military satellite communications capabilities. You will be an integral part of the engineering branch to assist the government in ensuring space, ground, and user segments and external stakeholders are integrated successfully to meet user's needs. Your expertise and innovative thinking will be critical to ensuring capabilities are delivered to meet the threat.

You Have:

• 10+ years of experience performing systems engineering or integration in DoD satellite systems or ground systems

• 5+ years of experience with space system and DoD program reviews, including SRR, SDR and SFR, PDR, CDR, MRR, TRR, FCA, and PCA

• 2+ years of experience performing risk management on space, ground, sof t war e, or hard war e system Major Defense Acquisition Programs

• Experience with ground monitoring stations such as GPS

• Experience using a Model-Based Systems Engineering or digital engineering approach to manage system definitions and technical baselines

• Ability to be highly motivated, display a dynamic work ethic, and contribute to the DoD mission

• Ability to effectively communicate, work collaboratively on a cross-functional team and independently, and demonstrate an initiative to complete complex tasks to achieve program goals in a fast-paced environment

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with GPS, PNT, or NAV WAR

• Experience with a sof t war e program utilizing Agile met hodologies

• Experience working with sof t war e factories or DevSecOps pipelines

• TS / SCI clearance

• Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or CS

• Agile Certification such as CSM, CPO, PMI-ACP, or ICP Certification

• INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional Certification s such as ASEP, CSEP, or ESEP Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
