CT Technologist
Alpha Home Health and Hospice
Role: Provides computed tomography (CT) imaging in accordance with standards, policies, and organizational values. Responsibilities Reviews patient history, schedules procedures, educates patients, and ensures cooperation. Prepares and administers contrast media and medications, monitors patient condition, and reports changes. Prepares equipment, selects imaging parameters, implements safety protocols, troubleshoots equipment issues, and performs imaging procedures. Analyzes imaging results, resolves quality issues, reports scan outcomes, and may perform 3-D post-processing. Must demonstrate critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program. Registered or registry-eligible as a Radiologic Technologist (RT), with completion of CT registry within 12 months.
