Greg’s Auto Service and Repair Center is looking for an experienced, dependable Shop Manager / Automotive Service Manager to oversee day-to-day shop operations while providing exceptional customer service and supporting our technicians with complex diagnostic work.

This is a hands-on management position for someone who understands both automotive repair and the customer experience . The ideal candidate can communicate effectively with customers, manage workflow and shop performance, utilize our Mitchell1 system, and assist with diagnosing difficult electrical and drivability issues—particularly on older vehicles.

The right person for this position is more than a manager—they are a  leader, problem solver, automotive diagnostician, and customer advocate .

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the shop's performance, build trust with customers, support our technicians, and help Greg’s Auto Service and Repair Center deliver high-quality repairs and an excellent customer experience.

Our services include oil changes, tire sales and repairs, vehicle inspections, emissions testing, preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and general automotive repair, along with many other services to meet our customers’ needs.
