Full Time ~ 7am-3:30pm~ Monday - Friday (with on-call rotation)

SUMMARY :Maintains, repairs, or replaces parts or entire mechanical, electrical,hydraulic, steam, HVAC, automotive, refrigeration equipment or generalmaintenance of buildings, including laundry, commercial kitchen, power plant,and lift pump station equipment

Each Engineering II employee is required to bea skilled craftsman in at least 2 of the following trades and be able toperform limited work in all:

• HVAC
• Plumbing
• Electrical
• Refrigeration
• Steam Pipe Fitting
• Water Treatment
• Finish Plaster
• Carpentry, Masonry, cement/brick block
• Finish painting, floor/wall tile, wallpaper
• Communication and electronic equipment

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE :

High school diplomaor general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experienceand/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS :

Appropriatecertifications and/or licenses as required by state or federal regulatoryagencies for the skilled trade(s) held by the individual. Must have valid Ohio drivers license and insurable by Ohio Masonic Communities.
