Counter Sales Associate

Counter Sales Associate White Cap is looking for a Counter Sales Associate to support walk‑in, phone, and will‑call customers. We need someone with strong customer service skills and a knowledge of construction and industrial products. Responsibilities Demonstrate exceptional customer service to walk‑in, phone, and will‑call customers. Process orders, quote prices, enter orders into the system, and provide order information to customers; pull orders as required. Communicate product features, benefits, and warranty policy information to customers. Demonstrate knowledge of products and their applications, provide technical advice, troubleshoot, and help resolve customers’ problems. Upsell by identifying related products, add‑on extensions, and informing customers of product promotions. Perform other duties as assigned. Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated success providing excellent customer service. Experience with sales order computer software, preferably Oracle. Knowledge of construction and industrial products. Spanish language proficiency.
