Office Shipping Assistant Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.00 / hour
• Part Time work available
• Various shifts available (11:00am to 04:00pm )

• Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Pack items for shipment, ensuring they are securely packaged.
• Maintain, organize and up-to-date filing systems.
• Provide office assistance, including data entry and administrative support.
• Respond to customer service inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Assist in inventory organization.
• Lift and move packages weighing up to 40 pounds.

Office Shipping Assistant Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous 1 year experience in an office, administrative is required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to follow written protocols and procedures.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Computer proficiency, including familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Physical ability to lift and move packages up to 40 pounds.
