About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the enterprise's marketing and communications strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the vision and strategy in alignment with business and growth priorities, serving as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive team, and leading a large, multidisciplinary marketing and communications organization. This role is pivotal in shaping the company's brand, reputation, and market presence, particularly in a complex B2B, relationship-driven environment. The CMO will be expected to translate business strategies into compelling narratives, oversee executive messaging, and ensure consistent brand strategy across all channels. Additionally, the role involves leading the team through significant growth and transformation, with a focus on collaboration, accountability, and professional development. Applicants for the CMO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of progressive senior leadership experience in marketing, communications, or a related discipline, with a proven track record in a similar B2B, professional services, or technical environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in integrated communications, brand management, and executive storytelling, as well as experience in crisis communications and organizational change. A deep understanding of digital platforms, marketing technology, and analytics is essential.
