What You’ll Do Design & Consult: Collaborate with clients in-store, online, and in their homes to create personalized, functional, and beautiful spaces. Drive Sales: Present Ethan Allen’s full range of products and services, guiding clients from inspiration to installation. Build Relationships: Develop a loyal client base through exceptional service, community networking, and social media engagement. Who We’re Looking For Design Passion: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design (or related field) or equivalent experience. Recent grads and seasoned pros welcome! Sales Savvy: Proven ability to connect with clients and close sales in a consultative, relationship-focused environment. Tech Forward: Comfortable with digital floor planning, 3D/AR/VR visualization tools, and social media marketing.
