About the Role:
Midwest Master Roofing is seeking motivated individuals to join our canvassing team. Canvassing or door-to-door sales experience is preferred, but not required. NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED! We provide complete training to ensure your success. If you are energetic, motivated, and great with people, whether you want to build a career or just looking to grow extra income, this is the perfect opportunity to work with a reputable company.
This is not your typical sales job... YOU ARE SELLING FREE INSPECTIONS
Compensation Highlights:
- $15-20 per hour + $200 per signed agreement (this means the customer agrees to let us help with their construction needs; no approval required ).
- Weekly earning potential: $1,200-$2,500 (Based on performance)
- Flexible scheduling with part-time and full-time opportunities available.
- Advancement opportunities: Fast promotions to Closing Sales Specialist and Sales Management roles.
Schedule:
- Minimum 3 work days per week ( Saturdays required )
- Hours: Flexible
- Weekdays: Around 2pm-7pm (after lunch time until end of day)
- Saturdays: 10:30am-6pm (somewhat flexible)
Responsibilities:
- Participate in group canvassing efforts in neighborhoods impacted by storm damage and near active project sites.
- Engage with homeowners to introduce Midwest Master Roofing and offer FREE inspections .
- Set appointments for Project Managers to assess storm-related damage and provide solutions.

- Previous canvassing or door-to-door sales experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work outdoors and engage directly with homeowners.
