Sr. Process Engineer

As a Sr. Process Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes across metallization and magnet production. You will drive efficiency, quality, and scalability while introducing advanced manufacturing practices. Key Responsibilities Lead process development for rare earth metal and magnet production lines. Implement statistical process control, lean, and Six Sigma methodologies. Develop and maintain detailed process documentation and control plans. Collaborate with R&D to transition new technologies into production. Identify and implement cost reduction and process improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Required Qualifications BS/MS in Process, Chemical, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering. 5+ years of process engineering experience in advanced materials or metals. Strong background in process scale‑up and manufacturing optimization. Proficiency with DOE, SPC, and process simulation tools.
