Oncology RN Supervisor - Nurse Triage Cancer Center Hybrid Work Schedule Monday-Friday with 3 remote days working from home after orientation. Provides operational management of daily patient care services. Assesses, monitors, and evaluates systems for delivery of care. Assists in development of patient care standards of practice and personnel performance. Designs, executes, and delivers effective system of internal controls applicable and in compliance to laws, regulations, and internal policies and procedures. Facilitates teamwork through planned group processes, (i.e., workshops, seminars, and staff meetings). Supervises nursing staff and/or other non-licensed medical or office support personnel. May provide direct patient care. Performs other duties as assigned.
