Security Manager (Physical Security Operations) Location: Atlanta, GA (full-time onsite at the posted location) How You Will Make An Impact Monitor security events daily to identify potential threats and violations. Establish vision, direction, and objectives for team efforts; encourage collaboration. Maintain strong partnerships with security guard force, vendors, associates, Facility Managers/Leadership, and business unit leaders to ensure seamless communication, effective decision‑making, and implementation of physical security strategies. Promote HR policies and procedures in people‑management activities. Conduct communications that involve obtaining cooperation on complex or controversial issues. Use negotiation and persuasion to reach agreement with others. Communicate externally with high interpersonal and negotiation skills to build long‑term relationships with mid‑level contacts in customer and vendor organizations. Accountable for the effective delivery of Physical Security projects to achieve strategic and operational objectives. Minimum Requirements Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of experience within security management, including a minimum of 5 years of experience managing or leading others; or any combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background.
