Cloud Data & Analytics Architect

Job Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in business analysis and product discovery for large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

• Proficiency in Conversational AI frameworks and digital self-service platforms for automated customer interactions.

• Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and data-driven analytical environments to support digital solution feasibility.

• Experience in architecting customer journey maps, technical process flows, and future-state operational models.

• Experience with Agile project management, user story development, and technical product backlog prioritization.

• Experience in healthcare member interaction models, pharmacy benefit systems, and contact center technology.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to independently facilitate complex technical discovery workshops.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery workstreams to identify and prioritize conversational AI and digital self-service use cases.

• Architect detailed interaction journeys and technical process maps for member-facing cloud transformation initiatives.

• Define Minimum Viable Product (MVP) scope and translate high-level business goals into functional specifications.

• Construct comprehensive technical backlogs including epics, user stories, and granular acceptance criteria for engineering teams.

• Partner with AWS architecture and data teams to evaluate the technical feasibility of proposed customer experiences.

• Manage technical requirements traceability from discovery through design, development, and UAT implementation phases.

• Orchestrate cross-functional workshops with product and infrastructure teams to ensure alignment on digital roadmaps.
