Applications Systems Support Specialist I

Successful candidates for the Applications Systems Support Specialist will have knowledge of data processing and software applications. They will possess good communication and troubleshooting skills. This position processes daily schedules for the core banking system and provides end-user support. Responsibilities include:

• Manage daily processing for the Core Banking System
• Provide 1st level technical support to end-users
• Escalate to 2nd and 3rd level support based on knowledge/experience.
• Procedure writing
• Application testing

Requirements include:

• Knowledge of computer hardware, software and equipment as well as the ability to diagnose problems
• Must be detail oriented
• The ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
• Be a self-starter as well as a problem solver
• Team oriented
• Requires flexibility to work varying schedules and a rotating shift
• High School Diploma required, but Associate's Degree preferred

Salary range: $17.84/hr - $31.88/hr
