This contract position offers the opportunity to work as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a school environment, serving a diverse K-12 caseload. With two full-time positions available, you’ll collaborate with educational professionals and families to create a safe, nurturing environment for every student.

Key Qualifications:

• Active LPN or LVN license in New Hampshire (or eligibility to obtain)
• Recent experience in a school or pediatric healthcare setting is preferred
• Understanding of common childhood illnesses, chronic health conditions, and emergency response protocols
• Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with students, staff, and families
• Professional, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a busy school setting

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver daily health care and medication administration in compliance with state and district guidelines
• Conduct health screenings; respond to illness or injury with appropriate care
• Maintain accurate and confidential health records for all students in your caseload
• Educate students and staff on health promotion and disease prevention
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and school administrators to support individualized student needs

This is a full-time contract role, with 35–37.5 hours per week, following the academic calendar from August 2026 through June 2027. You’ll be immersed in the school community, making a meaningful difference in students’ lives while working a stable schedule that supports work–life balance.
