Location: Oklahoma City Metro Area
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Are you detail-oriented and take pride in accuracy? We are seeking a reliable Data Entry Associate to join our team in the Oklahoma City metro area. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, entering data accurately, and ensuring information is correct and organized.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data into company databases and systems
• Verify information for accuracy and completeness
• Review documents for errors and make corrections as needed
• Maintain organized electronic records and files
• Perform data audits and quality checks
• Communicate with team members regarding data discrepancies
• Complete assigned administrative and clerical tasks

Qualifications:

• Previous data entry, administrative, or clerical experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently with both numbers and written information
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry systems
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to meet productivity and accuracy standards
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
