We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Administrator to join our high energy team. The Sales Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales team throughout the sales cycle, coordinating and facilitating both pre-sales and post-sales activities. We offer growth opportunities with potential for advancement. This position will work out of our corporate headquarters in Hudson, OH. Schedule is 8:15am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate administrative activities that enable efficient execution of sales initiatives before and after customer transactions. Utilizes CRM system to monitor account activity, extract data, run reports, and assist in managing prospects. Understand and support sales policies and procedures to provide proper and effective treatment to all customers. Provide data and information as needed for monthly and quarterly business reviews. Prepare slides and assists in presentation preparation for customer meetings, or internal sales reviews. Be knowledgeable of GEMCO’s product offering and reimbursement programs. Research trends and technical developments through related publications and training sessions to maintain current knowledge and specifically meet customer requests. Onboard new sales team members into the CRM and other systems, as needed. Key Requirements: Preferably 2+ years of administrative, sales support, customer service, or related experience. High School diploma or GED required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high attention to detail. Must be highly proficient with MS Office products, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams. Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent) preferred Excels in a teamwork environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrate good time management skills business acumen.
