Job Summary Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking an Attending Physician to oversee and manage the primary medical care for residents at our facilities. The physician will act as the primary care provider, ensuring overall health and well-being, supported by a dedicated full‑time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Responsibilities Serve as the primary care provider for residents in skilled nursing facilities. Conduct patient rounds and collaborate with NPs and PAs to assess and manage resident care. Diagnose and treat acute illnesses while overseeing ongoing medical conditions. Discuss treatment plans, prognosis, and advance care planning with residents and families. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations. Work closely with nurses, therapists, and specialists to provide comprehensive care. Travel to Holyoke and Greenfield as required. Qualifications Board‑certified physician with experience in primary care and long‑term care. Strong leadership skills and ability to support and mentor NPs and PAs. Physically able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds and stand, walk, and work on feet for 6–8 hours per day.
