Our team includes designers, social media specialists, video editors, and digital marketing professionals working together to create impactful marketing campaigns for our clients. As our client base continues to grow, we are looking for a Production Coordinator to help manage internal workflows and ensure projects move efficiently across departments. Role Overview The Production Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring that client projects move smoothly from request to completion. This position acts as the central coordinator between departments, helping keep projects organized, deadlines clear, and communication flowing across our creative teams. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys managing workflows and keeping teams aligned. Key Responsibilities Monitor project progress across departments Ensure tasks move efficiently through production pipelines Assign and track deadlines using ClickUp Coordinate communication between design, social media, video, and web teams Convert client requests into actionable tasks within our project management system Identify potential project delays and escalates when necessary Assist with client onboarding and project setup Support department leads in maintaining efficient workflows Provide weekly status updates to leadership on project progress and team workload Tools We Use ClickUp — Project Management Slack — Internal Communication Google Workspace — Docs, Sheets, Slides Dropbox — Media and asset storage Metricool — Social media scheduling and reporting Qualifications Bilingual required — Spanish and English (both spoken and written) Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong communication and coordination skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Experience with project management software (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, etc.) preferred Marketing or creative agency experience is a plus, but not required Important Job Details This is an in-office position located in Margate, Florida Remote work is not available for this role Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM — 6:00 PM What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who thrives in an organized, fast-pace­d environment and enjoys helping teams stay on track.
