We are seeking a highly dependable and resourceful Operations Support Assistant to serve as a trusted right hand to the executive. This role provides comprehensive support across a range of responsibilities, ensuring that daily activities, schedules, and priorities are managed seamlessly. The successful candidate will be adaptable, organized, and capable of assisting across different settings with professionalism and discretion. Operation support assistant Duties and Responsibilities
- As part of this position, the assistant will help coordinate a wide range of responsibilities that span both professional and daily life, ensuring the executive can dedicate full attention to her professional role.
- Provide executive-level support including scheduling, coordination, and task management.
- Ensure consistency and reliability in time management, attendance, and completion of responsibilities.
- Provide dependable support with important daily routines that require focus, a high level of patience, and active engagement.
- Oversee daily commitments and routines to help maintain smooth, uninterrupted operations.
- Offer flexible assistance across varied environments, ensuring continuity and balance in day-to-day activities.
- Manage logistics and details with accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle communications, documentation, and follow-ups with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Anticipate needs and deliver steady support that helps create a well-organized, positive environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and settings.

- Prior experience in assistant of operations preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency required.

- Ability to maintain physical stamina to manage routine tasks and occasional lifting, bending, or carrying as needed
- Reliable transportation to travel as needed.

- Professional presence with a supportive and approachable manner.
- Full-time, W-2 employee position
- Flexibility required, with availability for a mix of weekday mornings, afternoons, and weekends based on the executive's schedule.
