State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA)
Wapakoneta Manor – Wapakoneta, OH
Wapakoneta Manor is seeking compassionate and dependable State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our caring team. If you are looking for a rewarding career where you can make a difference in the lives of residents every day, we want you to join our team.
As an STNA, you will provide direct care and support to our residents while promoting dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
Responsibilities:Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
Provide compassionate care and emotional support to residents and their families
Take and record vital signs and report changes in resident condition
Assist with transfers, positioning, and maintaining resident safety
Follow individualized care plans and communicate effectively with nursing staff
Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents
Current Ohio STNA certification required
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
Ability to provide excellent resident care in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
