Program ManagerAvion Solutions Inc., a 100% employee-owned company, is seeking a Program Manager to support U.S. Army aviation platforms. This position will be located at Ft. Eustis, VA, and is contingent upon award.Job Responsibilities/Duties:Serve as the on-site lead responsible for overall contract performance, personnel management, customer coordination, and daily operations.Act as the primary point of contact with Government leadership and has authority to make decisions affecting contract execution.Manage daily contract operations and workforce performance.Serve as primary liaison between Government and Contractor personnel.Monitor schedules, staffing, deliverables, and contract compliance.Coordinate resources to support engineering and administrative requirements.Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions as needed.Provide status updates, performance reports, and customer support.Required:Must be a U.S. citizen and have the ability to obtain/maintain a DoW security clearance.Equal Opportunity: Avion Solutions, Inc. reaffirms its belief in equal employment opportunity for all employees and applicants.
