Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse

Schedule: Days, 7 AM - 7:30 PM

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: Contract

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse license
• Excellent assessment, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to function independently
• Ability to act rapidly in emergency situations

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, effective, and quality patient-family centered care.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and maintain appropriate documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes promptly.
• Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and treatment plans.
