Physician - Primary Care

Job Details:

• Primary Care Physician role serving patients 18 and older in a 100% office-based, outpatient setting
• Full-time position with a 4-day/10-hour hybrid work schedule
• Guaranteed base salary with uncapped incentive bonus opportunity
