How you'll make an impact in this role

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care by following established clinical protocols to ensure the highest standards of patient safety and well-being.
• Champion and adapt individualized care plans through continuous monitoring, ensuring each patient's evolving medical and emotional needs are met.
• Serve as the primary care coordinator across multidisciplinary teams, seamlessly aligning doctors, specialists, and support staff to provide unified patient treatment.
• Advocate for patient recovery and continuity of care by collaborating with the healthcare team to build comprehensive, stress-free discharge plans for patients and their families.
• Maintain precise, real-time documentation of patient conditions and clinical orders, safeguarding the accuracy and integrity of every patient's care journey.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
